About the Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales and lead generation, ideally in cloud services, DevOps, and/or cybersecurity domains. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of Ananta Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, generate, and qualify leads through various channels including LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and industry events.
2. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity space.
3. Understand Ananta Cloud’s service offerings and be able to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
4. Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to customize proposals and solutions for prospects.
5. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM tools.
7. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1. 2–3 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales roles, preferably in a tech company offering cloud, DevOps, or security services.
2. Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in a B2B environment.
3. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps practices, and cybersecurity fundamentals is a plus.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and sales outreach platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Existing network or contacts in the technology space is a bonus.
